Creating multiple and accurate copies of a model is typically most effectively done via molding & casting. This process offers exacting duplication of your approved design as well as options in material choices, color, clarity, and durometer. Our proprietary soft tooling & automated RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) casting technology offers rapid turnaround times and up to 25-30 cycles per mold per day depending on geometry and material choice. Incorporating our multi-cavity tooling techniques with these cycle times we can run hundreds of parts per day. We offer specialized techniques and services including: custom pin & insert fabrication, overmolding, composite tooling, short-run production, post production services & light assembly, full shore A & D durometer scale polyurethanes, intrinsic material pantone & custom color matching, and a variety of custom materials & process choices.
Our capability ranges from small to large parts. Our biggest casting chamber being 4’ dia. x 10’. We also have a large quantity of smaller casting chambers for large volume/quick turnaround.
